Ng Chan Mau & Co is one of the most trusted auction house in Malaysia. I had a wonderful experience dealing with this company in finding a property. They provide information and assistance free of charge, compared to if we deal with property agents (agents usually charge 1-2%).

The representative that handled me, Ms Sharmela, was very helpful in finding information about the property that I'm interested in - info about the property's outstanding charges, the master title, the TNB and water bills, etc. I asked her a lot of questions since I have never participated in any auction before. She was very prompt in answering my questions through calls and Whatsapp, and gave me a few materials to read.

On the day of the auction, Ms Sharmela demonstrated to me how auctions normally happen and helped me through the demo system, showed me where to click and what to look out for, so I'm properly informed about everything before my auction session. She was also by my side always during the auction, for support.

Ms Sharmela also helped connecting me to a few bankers for loan processing, and also a lawyer to handle my case. I trust her connections as she gave me the ones that are experienced in handling auction cases, so I'm not worried.

All in all, my experience in participating in an auction with Ng Chan Mau & Co was a very positive one, where I felt that I was properly informed of everything and any assistance I needed was provided very promptly by Ms Sharmela.
