responsibilities:
- Draft and proofread correspondences and legal documents (such as letters of appointment and contracts)
- Research regulations, laws, and legal articles as and when required by the company
- Provide general administrative assistance
- To assist in all matters which may be delegated by the company from time to time
requirements:- LLB degree holder and called to the Malaysian Bar. Min 4 years PQE, with experience in conveyancing (property development and financing)
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and oral with good drafting skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, yet an avid learner
- Analytical and possess good writing and communications skills
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Word and Power point)
- Highly motivated, responsible and a team player, and willing to embrace new challenges and innovation
- Para-legals with many years of conveyancing experience are welcomed to apply

SALARY: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month -
responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective PR strategies to increase brand equity in all targeted markets and achieve business goals
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Implement special projects as needed
requirements:- Candidate must possess Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Property Development / Real Estate Management, or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)

SALARY: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month -
responsibilities:
- Responsible for the property market research, analysis and to develop the sales strategies
- Plan, setup and manage the overall sales goals and strategies for company with the objective of achieving the sales target for the organization
- Sourcing of new prospects and to follow-up on existing prospects to ensure assigned sales target are achieved
requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Must possess basic knowledge in real estate, mortgage, law, or sales
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing of real estate properties and/Banking sector
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.

- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
- Develop strong understand of our business to introduce our services
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Track and follow-up with potential customers, and convert to new sales
- Identify and research potential clients
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals

responsibilities:
- To dispatch office documents and parcels as per schedule arranged by Superior
- To ensure documents/parcels are sent on time to the right addresses
- To past notice & distribute flyers at housing area
- To collect and/or endorse documents
- To bank in cheques
- To run official errands (e.g. collect forms, pay bills, etc.)
- To carry out any tasks requested by Superior
requirements:- Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu
- Possess own motorbike and driving license (B2 and D)
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Professional Certificate, in any field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
