Kota Kemuning is an integrated township in shah Alam spanning over 1,820 acres. It is a partnership project between Hicom and Gamuda, under the umbrella of Hicom-Gamuda Development. It boasts on natural elements with its landscape design comprises abundant parks, lakes and water features as well as lush landscaping. The developer claims that the township is built with 45% of the land is dedicated to green lungs, lakes, parks and open spaces.

Being an integrated township, Kota Kemuning is filled with bungalow lands, bungalows, semi-detached homes, semi-detached homes, double-storey links, townhouses, condominiums and apartments. Its commercial component includes commercial centres, shop-offices, commercial lands, terraced and semi-detached factories. Among its signature landscaping is its Central Park that consists of a 22-acre lake and a 25-acre park surrounding it, and the Lakeside Drive that boasts the view of the lake and landscaped greenery surrounding it. It is one of the favourite places in Kota Kemuning, as people jog and stroll around the lake. There is also an 8-km walkway that passing through the neighbourhood and links parks and precincts.
